The chakra meditations were recorded as a way to help you learn more about the chakras and make it easier to know how to chose which gem, colour or sound remedy to take. They all follow the same format but connect with the different gems and colours and bring in Jo's love of astrology by calling on the support of the planets. There are so many different interpretations of which gems and planets align with which chakras and these are the ones that spoke to Jo when recording the meditations. However please feel free to connect with whatever feels true for you. They were initially recorded to be used for releasing at the time of the Full Moon though of course can be listened to at anytime.
