As well as Acupressure Foot Massage I use a combination of Homeobotanicals, Bach Flower Remedies, Homeopathic remedies specifically for the Chakras, and New Moon Remedies. Using the Astrology chart as a prescribing tool I can help you return to a steadier, more centered way of being - whether your wanting to feel more grounded, clearer or uplifted. Through my Health Shop I can also suggest nutritional supplements to support general wellness.
