These Homeopathic Colour, Sound and Gemstone Chakra Elixirs were originally made by Ambika Wauters, a Homeopath who lives in the USA. She is a leader in her field of chakras and energetic medicine. I have done training with Ambika and purchase the medicating potencies directly from her then make them up for sale in New Zealand.

The Gemstone Chakra Elixirs

The Gemstone Chakra elixirs are used to balance and stabilise the chakras, keeping them strong. They are made from a combination of gems submersed in water, homeopathically potentised to a 6x and stablised in alcohol.

They can be used on their own or with the colour remedies if extra support is required.

Base Chakra Blend: Ruby, Bloodstone, Hematite, Fluorite. Affirmation: I am whole and complete. I feel safe and grounded.

Sacral Chakra Blend: Tiger’s Eye, Cornelian, Onyx.

Homeopathic Colour Remedies

The colour remedies can offer support for many symptoms of dis-ease in the body whether it be physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual. They are available in a 30c potency.

Red: Survival, security, stability and grounding. Affinity to the Root Chakra. The colour red is warm, energising and activating.


Orange: Pleasure, abundance and wellbeing. Affinity to the Sacral Chakra. The colour orange is also warm, full of vital energy , joy and passion.

Yellow: Self esteem and self worth, confidence and personal power. Affinity to the Solar Plexus Chakra. The colour yellow lifts the spirit and brings hope and happiness.


​Green and Pink: Nature, love, family, friendships, and peace. Both have an affinity to the Heart Chakra and these colours bring balance and harmony.

Turquoise: Self expression, creativity, truth and willpower. An affinity to the Throat chakra and a calming, soothing colour.


Indigo: Wisdom, imagination, intuition and an affinity to the Brow Chakra. The colour Indigo is also calming and relaxing especially to the mind.

Violet: beauty, harmony, connection to oneness and the Crown Chakra. The colour of cosmic awareness, tranquility and serenity.

The sound remedies were developed using tuning forks in 2004 and are available as a 30c. They are working in the “mental” body (one of the 7 energy bodies of the Aura)

My experience is they help to give us awareness of old beliefs we may have been carrying that no longer serve us and support us in working through releasing these, often in conjunction with the colours. Colours are working on moving stuck energy, sound notes are working on attitudes and thoughts. Toning the mind and relaxing mental tension, encouring deep and reflective thought.​

​The sound note Middle C can help energise our thinking and give us clarity when thoughts are slow. When mental energy is low or lacking it can help us focus on what is important to wellbeing and what we are grateful for.

​The sound note D can bring laughter and help with feeling relaxed and comforatable to chat in social situations. It also helps to keep a more positive mindset, when thoughts are tending to be negative.

The sound note E has been used to support clear and intentional thinking especially when making decisions and connecting with gut feeling.
