About me - Jo Douglas

My interest in healthcare began when I trained as a Pharmacy Technician on leaving school. Completing a Diploma in Zen Shiatsu in 2001 was the beginning of a new level of understanding about the influence our mental and emotional wellbeing can have on our health.

While my two kids were young I trained in Relaxation massage and became a Reiki Master and Bach Flower Practitioner. In 2014 I qualified as a Homeopath. I have around 30 years experience working in various pharmacies, herbal and homeopathic dispensary's and in August 2019 became the owner of The Bethlehem Health Shop. Since then I have trained in Quantum Reflex Analysis and also prescribe Homeobotanicals.

In 2023 I did some online training with Ambika Wauters, a Homeopath and energy healer in the USA and now bring her Homeopathic Colour and Sound remedies and Gemstone Chakra elixirs to Tauranga. My other loves are astrology, EFT, yin yoga and meditation.
