The Bach Flower remedies in this blend are often used to re-center and balance out our energy at times of change or uncertainty. If you are drawn to taking a personalised bach flower blend but can't decide which remedies to include this blend can be a good place to start. Remedies can be changed or added to the blend to make it more individualised. Homeopathic Gem remedies and Cell Salts are also included in this blend but can be left out if you prefer. Centaury - Lacking energy and loss of personal power due to an inability to say no. Great desire to be of service and please others often at their own expense. Very sensitive to more dominant energies/personalities. Helps us to take our power back.

Holly - The heart opening flower. This remedy holds a central position among the 38 remedies and is useful for whenever we feel disconnected to the divine energy of love that is our true nature. We may have feelings of hatred, jealousy, anger and rage. Often this state follows a Centaury state when we haven’t been able to stand up for ourselves. It is often given when it seems like we need to take all of the remedies.

Pine - Helps us release feelings of guilt and feel worthy of self-acceptance and forgiveness. Dr Bach considered Pine along with Holly to be one of the most existential human states and the two states are often seen together.

Star of Bethlehem - This remedy is for the after effects of physical, mental or emotional shock or grief whether acute and recent or in the past. Its feels like quite a yin state, similar to the state of homeopathic Opium. Sometimes when we are feeling out of balance it can be the body/mind “remembering” something that has happened a long time ago. It is often a great flower to start with to help unblock the body from any old trauma.

Walnut - Useful at times of change or transition, or when we feel like we are being influenced by others. Great to use when wanting to break an old habit or let something go. The “breakthrough” flower that helps us to stay true to ourselves and our path.

White Chestnut - We all need this remedy at times to help quieten the mental chatter when our mind feels like a merry go round. Help us to unwind and feel clear and quiet inside.

Wild Oat – Feeling uncertain, lacking in direction and questioning your next move in regards to your path in life. Along with Holly is often used for clarification when many flowers seem required.

Can be the peacemaker, feeling powerless to express their authentic self and making allowances to spare others feelings. Often used when going through a difficult emotional time and may have fears around security. This remedy may bring balance to the male/female energies and allow us to express feelings that have been suppressed. As the emotional charge lessens the heart feels safe to open. When our heart softens we can again feel connected to ourselves and to the people around us.

Inorganic salts were first used as homeopathic remedies by Samuel Hahnemann, and further developed by Wilhelm Schuessler a German doctor, in the late 1880’s.
